There is also less disruption during the build as we will not be working directly in your home. The majority of garden rooms do not require planning permission. Houses in conservation areas generally have permitted development rights too, as long as the structure does not exceed an external height of 2.5m.

Flats and listed buildings will require planning permission for a garden room. Our experienced team have successfully applied for planning permission countless times and are very familiar with the process. This is something that we will talk you through during your initial consultation.
